Stiim cat de mult conteaza ca serviciile oferite de noi sa fie functionale 24/7 si orice downtime poate duce la pierderea de potentiali clienti sau lipsa comunicatiilor in buisness. Ne cerem scuze pentru acest incident ce a durat 3 ore 38 de minute si vom face toate eforturile posibile ca acesta sa nu se repete.
Din pacate problema a existat la conexiunea de la BGP-urile ( furnizorii de internet la nivel national ) cu noi, acestia au intampinat o problema tehnica la nivel national in mai multe orase dintre care si liniile cu noi cea ce a dus la o lipsa de conexiune dintre noi si restul ISP-urilor. Tinem foarte mult sa pastram traditia de uptime de 99.9 % ( 365 de zile ) dar din pacate sunt anumite lucruri care nu sunt in sarcina noastra cea ce duce la o mai mare frustrare din partea noastra si un stres in plus in a rezolva in cel mai scurt timp acest aspect.
Inca odata , ne cerem scuze de lipsa functionarii serviciilor in parametrii doriti si tinem sa precizam ca acest lucru a fost involuntar si nu ne-a fost comunicat in nici una din momente.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the BGPs (internet providers at the national level) with us, they encountered a technical problem at the national level in several cities, including the lines with us, which led to a lack of connection between us and the rest of the ISPs.
